I am so proud of Deven Alves. Proud, not just because he is an outstanding athlete but because he is a good student and such a kind and caring person. Being one of the older generation I can truly be at peace knowing that young people like Deven will take care of this country and lead it into the direction it once was.
A gift was given to Deven for the past eighteen years. A gift from his parents, grandparents, relatives, friends, community, school and church. He has used this love and guidance from others and with a lot of work and some luck he has become who he is today. To me he has become one outstanding Grandson!
Love ,
Grandma Terry
